At the moment, only premium T-shirts & hoodies are available on our website. Each piece is designed by our in-house team and produced through trusted partners. Future collections — like tote bags and digital products — will be announced on our social pages soon.

Herupstart Studio accepts all major credit and debit cards in addition to PayPal.

During checkout, simply select PayPal → then click “Pay with Debit or Credit Card.”

You do not need a PayPal account to complete your purchase. This option allows you to pay securely with your Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Maestro, or international cards just like a normal payment.

At present, we ship only within the UK. All orders are printed and fulfilled locally to maintain fast delivery and reduce carbon emissions. We’re working on expanding to the EU and other regions soon.

Production usually takes 3–7 business days, and delivery takes 3–10 business days depending on your UK location. You’ll receive tracking details via email once your order ships.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. You’ll always see the final price before confirming your order — no hidden fees or surprise costs.

We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect T-shirts. Since each item is printed on demand, we cannot accept exchanges or returns for size, colour, or style preference.

Email support@herupstarts.co.uk within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we’ll send a replacement or process a refund at no extra cost.

If your tracking shows no update for over 20 days, please contact us at support@herupstarts.co.uk. We’ll work with our courier partner to resolve the issue or send a replacement if confirmed lost.

Orders are printed soon after checkout, so cancellations or edits aren’t possible once confirmed. Please double-check your order details before final payment.
