Herupstart Studio – Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Our returns policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your item. Return shipping is free, and no restocking fees apply. Final sale or heavily discounted items are excluded

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with tags attached.

  • In its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please email us on support@herupstarts.co.uk.

Depending on the reason for the return:

  • If your item is damaged, defective or incorrect:
    We’ll provide a prepaid return postage label and clear instructions. Returns for such issues should be sent to our UK fulfilment centre:

  • For any other concerns (for example, change of mind or sizing issues):

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
You can always reach us for any returns query at support@herupstarts.co.uk.

Damages and Issues

Please check your order as soon as it arrives and contact us straightaway if an item is damaged, defective or incorrect. We’ll assess the issue and put things right as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalised products

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

If you’re unsure about an item, just drop us an email — we’ll gladly clarify before you post it back.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get what you’d like is to return your current item and place a new order for the preferred size or design once your refund has been approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason and without explanation.
Returned items must be unused, with tags, and in their original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll email you to confirm.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 working days.
Please allow a little extra time for your bank or card provider to complete the process.
If more than 15 working days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@herupstarts.co.uk.
