Herupstart Studio – Shipping Policy 

Order Processing (Fulfilment)

All our products are made to order to reduce waste and ensure the best quality.
Orders are typically fulfilled within 2–5 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays).

You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, followed by a second email with your tracking details once your parcel has been dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or seasonal demand. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.


Shipping Rates

  • UK Orders: Free standard shipping on orders over £50.
    Orders below £50 are charged a flat rate shown at checkout.

  • EU Orders: Calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and weight.

For non-UK orders, customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.


Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

If you haven’t received your tracking number within 5 working days of placing your order, please contact us at support@herupstarts.co.uk.


Multiple Shipments

To speed up delivery, some orders may ship in multiple parcels if different items are fulfilled at separate facilities.
You’ll receive tracking details for each parcel when applicable.


Address Accuracy

Please double-check your delivery address during checkout.
We cannot amend addresses after dispatch and are not responsible for lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete details.


Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel appears delayed or lost:

  1. Contact us at support@herupstarts.co.uk with your order number.

  2. We’ll liaise with our shipping partners to locate your parcel.

  3. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.

Please note that a parcel is not considered “lost” until 20 working days (UK) or 30 working days (international) after the expected delivery date.


Fulfilment Partner

All Herupstart Studio orders are produced and shipped by our UK fulfilment partner to ensure quality and faster local delivery.
This partnership enables us to dispatch directly from the UK, meaning no customs fees or import duties for UK customers.
