✨ 5 Manifestation Habits for Your Best Year (2026 Edition) Soft-Luxe Living Meets Intentional Growth — by Herupstart Studio
Stepping into a new year isn’t just about fresh routines — it’s about stepping into a version of you that feels powerful, grounded, and beautifully aligned. At Herupstart Studio, we believe manifestation is more than wishful thinking. It’s the quiet, consistent habits that build the life you’re dreaming of — with intention, courage and a soft-luxe spirit.
Here are the 5 manifestation habits to elevate 2026 into your most magnetic year yet.
1. Start Your Mornings With Clarity (10 Minutes Only)
Give yourself the first few minutes of the day to reconnect with your energy.
Try:
A simple affirmation
A soft stretch
A handwritten note of “What I want to feel today”
One intentional breath before touching your phone
This is also the perfect moment to slip into something that aligns with your mindset. If your energy for 2026 is calm, grounded, and intentional, explore our Meditation Muse Collection — mindful graphic tees designed for women who choose rituals over rush and presence over pressure.
Wear them during journaling, breathwork, soft movement or your morning manifestation routine. They act like gentle reminders of the woman you're becoming.
Some days you want structure. Some days you want room to breathe. And sometimes the same woman wants both — just on different days.
That's the part most size guides miss. Finding the right T-shirt size isn't about squeezing yourself into somebody else's idea of what's “flattering.” It's about choosing the fit that feels right for you, your day and the energy you're moving through.
So yes — this is a proper size guide for t-shirts for women in uk, with a UK size chart, measurement tips and answers to the sizing questions you actually type into search. But at HerUpStart we think about fit slightly differently. By the end you'll have both: the numbers, and a better question to ask than “what size am I?”
Your size is a number. Your fit is a feeling.
You've felt it before. A Medium in one T-shirt is perfect. Another Medium sits completely differently. That's because the letter or number on a label is only part of the story — fabric, cut, construction and whether a piece is designed to sit fitted, relaxed or oversized all change how it feels once it's on you.
So instead of asking “what size am I?”, try asking “how do I want this T-shirt to feel?” That question is almost always more useful.
The HerUpStart T-shirt size chart
Our tees run from S to 2XL, cut with an easy, relaxed line rather than a tight one. Rather than send you to a generic UK dress-size lookup, here's exactly how each size is built — the body chest it's designed to fit, plus the garment's own length and sleeve. All measurements are in inches.
Size
Chest (to fit)
Body Length
Sleeve Length
S

M

XL

Chest (to fit) is the body chest each size is designed to sit on; body and sleeve lengths are the garment's own measurements. Because our fit runs relaxed, size down if you want a neater shape, or stay true to size for the easy silhouette it was cut for. Always check the size tab on the specific piece you're buying — it's the source of truth.
How to measure yourself at home
If you're not sure where you fall, take a fresh measurement rather than trusting the label on something you bought two years ago. It takes a minute and a soft tape.
Your chest
Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, keeping it parallel to the floor — comfortably snug, not pulled tight. That number is what you compare against the Chest (to fit) column above. Land between two sizes? Go down for a closer shape, up for more room.
A few quick pointers:
Stand naturally and don't hold your breath.
Measure over lightweight clothing, or directly over undergarments.
Re-measure if a number surprises you, and ask someone to help if you can.
For how long the tee sits and how the sleeve falls, the easiest trick is coming up next.
Start with a T-shirt you already love
Here's the shortcut most size charts won't tell you. The fastest way to get fit right online is to stop measuring yourself against an abstract chart and start with something you already know feels good.
Take a favourite tee from your wardrobe, lay it flat, and check three things:
Chest
Measure straight across the garment from one underarm to the other. This tells you how much room you actually like through the body.
Length
Measure from the highest point of the shoulder to the bottom hem. If you love where your favourite tee falls — at the waist, over jeans, lower on the hip — this is the measurement to protect.
Sleeve
Measure from the shoulder seam to the sleeve opening. A couple of centimetres changes the whole attitude of a T-shirt.
Now hold those against our chart: your favourite tee's length lines up with our Body Length column, and its sleeve with Sleeve Length. Match the numbers and you'll know exactly how one of ours will sit — far more than any generic S, M or L could tell you. Your favourite tee already understands your fit. Let it do the work.
Regular, relaxed or oversized — choose the mood, not the rule
Different fits create different energies. There's no universally “better” one — only the one that suits what you're doing that day.
Regular fit
Easy, balanced, uncomplicated. Sits naturally without feeling either fitted or deliberately loose. The kind of piece you put on without making the outfit the entire point.
Relaxed fit
A little more room, a little less effort. Works when comfort matters but you still want to look considered — coffee runs, creative days, travelling, long afternoons where you'd rather not think about your clothes.
Oversized fit
More volume, more movement, a deliberately looser silhouette. Two things worth knowing: oversized tee doesn't automatically mean size up — if a tee is already cut oversized, your usual size may give you exactly the intended shape. And if you're buying a unisex cut, it's generally roomier through the shoulders and body, so some women prefer going a size down for a neater fit and staying at their usual size for a relaxed, streetwear look. Size up only when you genuinely want more volume — never because you think you're supposed to.
What if you're between two sizes?
There's no single correct answer — it depends on how you'll wear it. Want a closer silhouette? The smaller option. Want movement, layering or an intentionally relaxed feel? The larger one.
Just don't choose based on which number you think you should wear. Choose the fit that makes you stop thinking about the T-shirt the moment it's on. That's usually the right one.
Dress for the energy you're in
Here's where fit gets genuinely interesting. HerUpStart was never built around one version of womanhood — so why should your wardrobe be? You might wake up in full Silent Hustler mode on Monday, be Slay The Rep by Wednesday, lean all the way into Princess by Friday and choose a very deliberate Good Enough by Sunday. Same woman. Different energy. Your clothes are allowed to keep up.
So stop reading fit as a dress size and start reading it as a mood. Here's how the six energies tend to want to be worn.
Silent Hustler Energy
Head down, notifications off, building something nobody's clapping for yet. This is the effortless tee that carries you through deep work, a third coffee and a to-do list you're quietly demolishing. Reach for a clean regular or relaxed fit you never have to adjust — because the last thing that should break your focus is your own outfit.
Slay The Rep Energy
One more set. One more early alarm. One more small promise to yourself, kept. This is the tee or hoodie you throw on before training and pull straight back on after — a relaxed cut with room to move, so the same energy that got you through the last rep follows you into the rest of the day.
Princess Energy
Soft, but with standards. Feminine, and in no way fragile. Whether that's a fitted tee or an oversized one worn like it's entirely on purpose, choose the silhouette that makes softness feel like a decision rather than a default. Gentle is a strength when you're the one who chose it.
Good Enough Energy
Some days the optimising just… stops. The plan can wait; the outfit definitely can. This is the tee you pull on without a single thought — comfortable enough that you forget you're wearing it. Good Enough was never giving up. It's knowing, for once, when enough is genuinely enough.
Weird Premium Energy
Specific taste, zero interest in what the algorithm thinks you should wear. This is where the styling rules go quiet. Put the oversized graphic tee with the thing nobody would pair it with. Make the proportions strange on purpose. If someone can't quite place your outfit — good. That was the point.
Free Spirit Energy
Bag half-packed, plans loosely held, genuinely curious about what's around the next corner. Choose the fit that moves the way you do — through a new city, along a coastline, into a plan you made twenty minutes ago. Nothing tight, nothing precious, nothing that slows you down.
Six energies. Not one of them asks you to become a different woman — they just give the different parts of you something to wear.
A few sizing mistakes worth avoiding
Assuming your usual size fits identically everywhere
It won't. Always check the measurements for the individual garment before ordering.
Automatically sizing up for an oversized look
If the garment is already cut oversized, you probably don't need to.
Choosing the smaller size because it sounds better
Nobody walking past you knows the number inside your T-shirt. You don't owe your wardrobe a particular size.
Ignoring how you actually dress
If you tuck your tees in, layer them over gymwear or wear them with high-waisted trousers, factor that into length and fit. The best size guide is the one that reflects your real life.
Women's T-shirt sizing FAQs
Should women size down in oversized T-shirts?
Not automatically. If a tee is intentionally oversized, your usual size may already create the relaxed silhouette it was designed for. Size down only if you personally want it neater.
What should I do if I'm between two sizes?
Choose by the silhouette you want — smaller for a closer fit, larger for more room and layering — rather than by the number itself.
Is a women's T-shirt size guide the same for every brand?
No. Cuts, construction and garment measurements differ between brands and styles, which is why checking the specific product measurements is more reliable than the label alone.
Should women buy the same size in unisex T-shirts?
Not always. Unisex tees are usually cut wider through the shoulders and body, so many women prefer going one size down for a regular fit — though it depends on whether you want fitted or relaxed.
Should I measure my body or a T-shirt I already own?
Both help, but comparing a new piece against a tee whose fit you already love is often the most practical way to predict how it'll sit on you.
Why do two Medium T-shirts fit completely differently?
Because a size label isn't a fixed standard. Fabric, construction and intended fit all shift how a Medium wears — which is exactly why the measurement chart matters more than the letter.
Wear who you're becoming
Bodies change. Taste changes. Lives change. The version of you getting dressed today doesn't have to dress like the version of you from three years ago.
So use the size guide. Check the measurements. Experiment with silhouettes. But don't let a number decide how you're allowed to feel in your clothes. Choose the fit that lets you feel like yourself — and get back to whatever you're becoming next.
Your size is a number. Your fit is yours.
